The lodging of a grievance or a suggestion is very easy. The grievances can be registered online at this grievance portal.
Instructions for user login:
Please follow the below process to Login.
- Enter valid User Id.
- Enter valid Password.
- Enter valid verification code (OTP).
- Click on Login button
Once you login with valid credential user will be redirected to their Dashboard where multiple action has to be done.
